At ThruDark, we are committed to providing elite-tier performance gear; if your purchase does not meet your requirements, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of receipt. All returned goods must be in their original, unworn condition with all technical tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package over to the designated courier point and retain your proof of postage until your refund or exchange has been processed.
